Security Supply formerly known as ADS of RI (Alarm Devices Supply of Rhode Island). ADS was established in 1977 as a wholesale distributor serving the product needs of electrical and alarm contractors. Providing alarm, security, cctv and low voltage products, primarily in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, ADS of RI was located in Cranston, Rhode Island.

The company grew and in 2011 was transferred to a new generation of alarm and low voltage professionals. A few years later a branch location was opened in Milford Massachusetts (MA). This Milford Mass branch was operated in a New and Unique way with remote service to registered users only. A second branch, operating like the Milford Ma branch was opened in Bozrah, Connecticut. The company name was changed to Security Supply during late 2010’s reflecting it’s new geographic footprint and growth.

The company moved is headquarters from Cranston to Providence, RI to better support growth in a much larger facility. We have sales presence in all six New England States and ship product nationwide.  

Today, Security Supply offers a diverse product selection along with providing services such as; technical support, onsite technicians to program, CAD design, and product application support for the alarm, security, fire, intercom, access, CCTV and video lines we support.
